In spring 2008, we decided to get a dog, a pet that will live with us in the apartment. The decision was finally made to have Lagotto Romagnolo (Romagna Water Dog). Thanks to our friends who live in Italy, we learned of this breed, until then unknown in our country. They told us that they are very intelligent, have no smell and non-shedding coat, and that you can train them all but to be aggressive and bite – that you cannot. And so it all began...! We bought our Aska in Kragujevac. She became a member of our family and brought a tremendous amount of positive energy and emotions in our home. Since then our life has an additional, qualitative meaning. In year 2010, Aska delivered her first litter, eight beautiful healthy puppies. Four of them are still with us: Don, Dante, Dusty, Dia and Dita (dog which we recently bought). Our plan and great desire is to move this breed from margins and to give it a positive affirmation in Serbia that every breed deserves. We sincerely hope that this amount of positive energy, will, desire, emotions and determination, with the support of our friends and associates, will help us in our efforts! With the support and advice given by cynologists and people from areas closely related to the canine cynology, we managed to Don and Dante become Serbian champions in the classes of young and mature dogs.
